Who We Are
CPG BPM Services Private Limited (formerly ISSL CPG BPO Private Limited) is a managed operations company built for Global Capability Centers.
Founded in 2010 in Bangalore, we have 16 years of running business processes for financial institutions and telecom companies across India. Account operations, KYC and compliance processing, payment management, document lifecycle services — from physical pickup through digital archival.
Our setup: approximately 450 operations professionals, 750+ operational touch points across 10 Indian cities, and four ISO certifications (9001, 27001, 14001, 45001).
Our transition: from domestic BPM operator to managed operations partner for international GCCs. The operational capability is built. The infrastructure exists. The move is into GCC structures where companies need a team that can run processes from day one.

Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of experience in business process management. Built CPG BPM from the ground up — from a Bangalore operations center to a multi-city infrastructure serving India's largest financial institutions.
Under her leadership, CPG BPM has grown to 450+ professionals across 10 cities, earning four ISO certifications and establishing long-term relationships with banks ranked among the top ten internationally.
Now leading CPG BPM's transition into the GCC ecosystem — taking 16 years of operational depth and making it available to international companies building in India.
